Jonathan Aitken, B.Arch, LEE D AP

After studying economics at Queen's University, I chose to pursue my interest in design by studying architecture at Carleton University.

My architectural thesis focused on the interface between interior and exterior space in Chinese and Japanese urban water gardens.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1990, I moved to Victoria and have spent the last twenty years working within the architectural community. I continue to integrate a balance between indoor and outdoor living in my everyday practice.

My enjoyment of both the built and natural environment led me to acquire LEED Accredited Professional certification and to create sustainable and harmonious designs.
